Default zoloft too sedating...

Anybody switch to a different ssri after taking zoloft? It seems prozac isn't so sedating? Paxil sounds like it improves SA but has the same sedating effect as zoloft.

My observations after being on zoloft:

not so depressed
handle stress better
can't say too much about SA b/c I've been unemployed since I started taking zoloft a few months ago
gained weight, perhaps because I've had zero drive to do any exercise since I've been on zoloft.

Not sure what I should try next as it seems everyone has different experiences w/ diff ssris. I'm on 100mg btw, tried 150 and was sooo tired.

Thanks for any feedback.

Sounds like it's working somewhat for you, so I really think you'd be better off augmenting with wellbutrin rather than switching SSRIs. It will definitely increase your energy.

I'm trying prozac now..... to see if I'm less sedated. If it doesn't work I'll probably ask for wellbutrin. Thanks.
