Are there any other drugs similar to wellbutrin that are not addictive, have a low side effect profile and fairly easy to get?

Remeron ups dop/nor but I don't think it does so like Wellbutrin. Cymbalta and Effexor are SNRIs, but don't work on dopamine.
To hit dopamine like Wellbutrin you got to either drop the Lexapro, go on Zoloft or an MAOI. Or try a stimulant. Cocaine is also an SNDRI. |

u might try a low dose of selegiline. it can have effects like amphetamines but milder. It works mainly on dopamine at low doses and serotonin at higher doses. so if u keep the dose low, it shouldn't interact badly with the lexapro. I've heard of people using this combo with success

SNRI's will actually target dopamine to an extent since anything that blocks noradrenaline reuptake is going to also boost dopamine neurotransmission in the frontal cortex. Effexor in particular can also directly block the dopamine reuptake pump at high doses.
I agree that zoloft can block dopamine reuptake weakly, although most people on it seem to claim that it causes typical SSRI side effects such as apathy and sexual dysfunction so I wouldn't be too confident in it boosting dopamine to any great extent within the usual dose range. Remeron can increase dop/nor however I doubt it would cause the mild energy that he got/desires from wellbutrin, since remeron is also such a potent antihistamine. Prozac is an option.

From what i can tell it is not approved for use in Canada or the U.S. Seems to be available in Europe though.

It can be purchased online for a very reasonable price. I plan on getting some myself for sexual side effects or even the mood enhancement.

Sulpiride works the same as solian in blocking presynaptic receptors and is available in the US.
