I'm taking Lexapro and Buspar. Buspar helps some with the sexual side effects of the SSRI.
I'm thinking about adding Wellbutrin and Baclofen and want to hear people's thoughts.
First, I've taken Clonazepam in the past for over a year. The problem with it for me was pretty severe sexual side effects, something I'd never heard of. I had significant trouble both maintaining an erection and anorgasmia when I tried to force it with an erectile dysfunction drug. So, benzos are out for me long term.
I've taken Baclofen offlabel in the past to help taper off Clonazepam and found that it on its own helped me a lot. It completely killed my desire for alcohol and reduced the physical tension I have that contributes a lot to my social anxiety and drinking habits. Also, I've noticed that tolerance doesn't seem to occure with baclofen (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/200069
What do you think about this combo? Again, right now I'm taking Lexapro and Buspar.
Wellbutrin (DA and NE, helps with SSRI sexual side effects)
Buspar (helps with SSRI sexual side effects, mildly helps with anxiety)
