Default Stim or maybe something stronger?

I couldn't put this into words during my doctor visits. I don't know why but what chemical imbalance/condition does this sound like?

When I interact with people I have a hard time putting thoughts together. They'll say something to me and my mind literally goes blank. It's frustrating because I can't describe how I feel. My brain feels physically tense, does that make sense?

Or sometimes when I talk it's my jaw has a spasm; my jaw will open really quick.

It's kind of like brain fog but a lot worse. Even the thoughts in my head are like this - like the words are in quicksand trying to walk.

Ugh, sorry if I'm making no sense but this is the best way I can describe this symptom. It's not something that happens sometimes, but ALL the time.

Its because of the anxiety, i've got the same thing. Stims would work but succes getting them prescribed.
I'd say low dose amisulpiride could work for you.

That was one of my problems, .....once I found the right med combo I completely changed, absorb lots of information and retain it, can have a good debate ( I used to be hopeless at this)

You gotta go into to you pdoc prepared and know your stuff! My pdoc said to me you obviously know your stuff, what meds do you want, I told her and voila. Job done. It does help that I am doing a degree in Psychology and also Applied Science.

You could even write everything down on paper and go in armed with that.

Thanx for the replies. I've tried a benzo (Ativan) and I really didn't fell anything other than my ear drum (on one side) spazzing out. My next appointment I do want to ask about this and maybe Klonopin for situational anxiety.
