There honestly arent' helping, like that haven't made me better nor worse. I'm just gaining weight! What should i do? Are you having negative effects on zoloft?

Maybe try chewing gum and drinking bottled water instead of snacking. Sometimes just the act of chewing is enough, and the water will fill your stomach up.

I gained about 110 ibs on zoloft i was always thinking of food when i felt better. I would tell your doctor about it if youre concerned. Lexapro has helped my derpession without eating so much..

Were you concurrently taking other medications? ie; antipsychotics etc
