I'm pretty much Anti-Meds since I got off the SSRI I took for 5 months. It's f**king bull**** to use a drug as a crutch. They aren't the answer!

Wouldn't it be better not to avoid them? lol. I say hi, or at least wave to everyone I pass, It's just a few seconds and sometimes they have dogs:P My problem is with cars, they drive too slow and they have to look at you so they won't hit you. Plus there's usually alot of people in them.

Thats cool that you want to do it naturally, but in most cases it cant be done. I was on the same boat as you years ago but as time went on i changed my mind and i consider myself a very strong willed person. I still put up with SA as i only take benzos PRN and have have a very stressful job and work almost everyday.

I think this should be removed from the medication section.

I've done CBT, for over 2 years. I've had anxiety disorder all my life; the CBT didn't work, even with several different therapists. It's unfortunate, but there's other people here like me who have no choice but to take medications, because there's little to no choice about it.

I hope people can understand that, before getting on their high horse about medications.

It seems to me that some people on this site are obsessed with meds as the only answer and some are obsessed with not "resorting to meds." I say try whatever you have to and see what works best for you.
