Default Need some help/advice with Nardil withdrawal

I've experienced Effexor XR, Klonopin, and Paxil withdrawal and this is by far the worst withdrawal experience I've ever been through. I started 60mg Nardil in late October '09 and tapered off of it for three weeks until I stopped at a 15mg per day dose just last weekend. I'm practically bed-ridden with nausea, brain zaps, depression, panic, and severe anxiety. It feels like each symptom is getting worse everyday.

For those who have successfully stopped Nardil medication, what was your withdrawal process and experience like? Did I taper off too quickly? Is Nardil's short half-life an issue when it comes to withdrawal?

I really don't want to hurt myself again, but it feels like I need to check myself in before I do so.

Why did you stop Nardil? Did it help for your SA?

You could say that about any antidepressant though, but sometimes you don't have a choice. The three times I've stopped an antidepressant it's been cold turkey. Zoloft due to intolerable side effects, Remeron after a NDE started to cause paradoxal effects, and Effexor after it made me suicidal.
