Default Nardil still effective?

I have never tried any sort of medication but I have read that Nardil is very effective in treating Social Anxiety, I know it can't be cured but I need to be able to start going into stores and doing stuff or I will probably starve to death, I heard that Nardil's formula was changed and it is now ineffective is this true?

1. Saying social anxiety "can't be cured" is not exactly true. Depends on what you mean by cured. You'd be surprised what medication can do.

2. If you haven't tried medication, you're not got going to get prescribed Nardil first. Because it can react with a lot of drugs/foods and it's a last resort medication, your psychiatrist is gonna be hard pressed to give it to you first.

3. I'm pretty sure some people were severely affected by the formulation change, but not everybody.
