Default Lyrica goes generic in Canada but continues on patent till 2018 in the US

As of May 18, 2013, Canadians no longer have to be forced to pay the high prices of brand name Lyrica because the patent here has expired. Bad news for the corrupt US is, your patent lasts till 2018 thanks to good ole Pfizer and some corrupt US Judge extending your patent which most likely should have expired in October of this year.

Canadian Lyrica patent expiry date of May 18, 2013
