Well, everybody is different but it has helped me. I take 20mg. It helps a lot with depression, but not as much with social anxiety. It is a gradual thing, you don't wake up one day feeling better. You still have good and bad days, but I do think it's made a difference for me.

2 weeks is not very long; if you're not having bad side-effects I think you should try sticking with it a little longer. And if it is just a placebo effect, who cares? As long as you feel better

It helped me when I took it for anxiety. I was on 20 mg, then 15 mg.

It didn't help me, but I have TRD (whatever that really means!) ... but it really seems to be helping my sister. Two weeks isn't long; I think she was on it 4-6 wks before it kicked in (am pretty sure she's at 20mg too). So, like the others say, just try to be patient a little while longer -- it is supposed to be a pretty good one.

TCAs, SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOI, rMAOI;
