Default How many of u are on Prozac...

and what has been ur experience with it like, does it work?

a prozac type med helped me a lot

some leading shrinks say the newer expensive antidepressants are no better than generic prozac

Works for me, but its subtle. I didn't realize it worked until I stopped using it.

Prozac works the best for me out of all the SSRI's. It seems to be more stimulating than the other SSRI's. I definitely notice sexual side effects. It definitely makes me more sociable.

Prozac was my miracle drug. It went above and beyond treating my depression and anxiety! Made me feel like I had a self; I wasn't self-conscious AT ALL; had a conversation running in my mind at all times, so great socially. Great stuff, but it pooped out after 6-8 months. Prozac is really a quirky drug.
