Default How long before Ativan starts working?

Instead of just making me doze off?

When I started Klonopin a while back, .5mg would knock me out after a few usages of it, but eventually I would feel its effects.

Right now I'm on 2mg of it, took one earlier this afternoon, and it just put me to sleep. How long does it take for you guys to get adjusted?

the dose limit is very individual and is often set by the sedation it causes you

2mg is midrange, the tablets usually can be cut into quarters so take about 1 mg
carry a few tablets with you when out

the sedation usually reduces as you get used to it
