I have used propanolol in the past and it's been awesome for me. My only problem is that my doctor is not letting me have anymore unless I continue therapy with him, and it's not necessary for me and expensive. So I need a new doctor to prescribe propanolol to me. And I'm all out right now and i'm getting nervous about a speech coming up. Any tips on getting the doctor to presrcibe?
Most doctors won't have a problem prescribing propranolol. It is often prescribed to performers to help with anxiety, just visit any doctor and explain you have a presentation/speech and you would like to get propranolol to use as needed & that you've used it in the past with success. I can almost guarantee that he/she won't have a problem with giving it to you.
I need to get Propranolol too. I often get tachycardia which in turn gives me massive anxiety. I just don't know what to say to get this med. I've never been prescribed it, but a friend gave me some and it helps a ton.
