Red face effexor & xtc!

I take effexor xr 150mg daily..

since being on it i've noticed that ectasy (xtc, the illegall drug) doesn't work on me, no matter how many i take.

does anyone knw if it is the effexor that is stopping the xtc from working, or have i jus accumulated the worlds biggest tollerance to xtc? is it because effexor is a serotonin inhibitor or sumthing? is it possable the effexor is 'inhibiting' the magic effects of an xtc pill??

any ideas would be appreciated.... thanks guys

Effexor is an SNRI, but the above holds true for any serotonin reuptake inhibiting drug.
