Default Benzo withdrawal symptoms

So i am down to 0.5MG of klonopin and nothing for sleep, not even clonidine and my whole body aches every day, plus i have insomnia and cannot eat
this is all standard of withdrawals, but what about the chronic headaches everyday???

Also i have developed a terrible rash on my neck that will not go away
is itching and scratching, well basically a skin irritation a normal symptom of withdrawal anxiety?

I got this cream called Dermatop, its a corticosteroid that treats rashes. Ask your doctor for it if you want.

Hi Arisa,

Taking paracetamol and similar headache meds a lot can cause rebound headaches. Maybe that's what's happening?

Could you see a headache specialist? A good one might be able to help you with slowly stopping the mersyndol while managing your headaches.

Congratulations on getting down to .5 with the klonopin. Sorry to hear that you're in so much pain. If it helps any, it seems pretty impressive to me that you've made it this far doing this really hard thing, and with not much help, it sounds like.

Hey keith
yeah its not easy and i am on and off with the pill intake since if i want to take extra i have to go an entire day or two without taking any, so i am bingeing and starving myself on the pills.
Also i am in a bad living situation and am scared to confront the person who basically owns the house i live in and tell them i cannot stay with them anymore, i dont know how they will react, but i know it wont be good
