it should but if the paxil showed no signs of helping then I dont think the zoloft will help either as they are both very similar
get the zoloft dose up after a while and if no help, try some other type of antidepressant med next |

If the Paxil didn't work, it probably won't make a difference in how long it takes for the Zoloft to work. 50mg of Zoloft is a small dose. Give it time and if it helps at all, you can go up quite a bit.
