Withdrawal symptoms would seem unlikely with any medication after a mere 4 days.
Cymbalta is one med that I personally haven't tried -- though my med list is rather extensive already.

Whether it's due to starting the drug or a mini withdrawal reaction, your brain should reset itself in a couple of days, so don't worry.
