Fluoxetine isn't particularly suited to anxiety, more for depression. You may want to try another SSRI; sertraline or escitalopram are good choices.

Trazodone is a weird drug, and it might not be helping your anxiety to the extent that a different drug could. Trazodone has been shown to metabolize into mCPP. i don't know what the half life is on it, but it has the potential to increase anxiety greatly via 5ht2c agonism and agonism of other serotonin receptors. maybe it would be nicer to not have the mCPP...many other drugs can help similiarly to trazodone...Mirtazapine does nearly the same thing, so does mianserin, and amytryptiline...without metabolising to anything bad.
