Default Adderall vs Dexedrine or others

I see the pdoc next week and he seems open to possibly prescribing me Adderall. My question to all who can help is it's comparison to Dexedrine and other stimulants currently prescribed.I know all the meds. in the ampetamine class has the potential for tolerance build up and from the threads it seems like Adderall can do amzing things for anxiety but also should not be taken daily(maybe at a low dose) and causes lack of libido?

So my question being from all of these psychostimulants which one would be the most effective, smoothest with the fewest side effects that can be taken on a regular basis if possible?I was taking Provigil=coffee so I'm obviously looking for the heavy hitters to help w/anxiety & concentration.

Dexedrine (d-amphetamine) is probably gonna be the best. next is Vyvanse (d-amphetamine XR). Then Adderral XR, then Adderral, then Concerta, then all the lame Ritalin/ritalin knock-offs like Metadate.

this list is just based on my experiences many people won't agree with me....

but D-amphetamine should be more helpful and less anxiety provoking than Racemic Amphetamine (Adderral). Vyvanse is D-aphetamine in a time-released formation...it is supposed to last all day, but ive found for me it lasts only about 4 hours. individual metabolism greatly affects Vyvanse's effectiveness...which makes it hard to dose right...some people will get no effects on Vyvanse. Adderral potently releases norepinphrine and dopamine, while Dexedrine has much lesser effect on norepinephrine. Increased Norepinephrine is responsible for alot of the anxiety and alot of the sexual dysfunction caused by Adderrall...cause it causes vasoconstriction, and thus decreased blood flow....

i think D-amphetamine (Dexedrine) taken 3 times a day is the best way to go with stimulants. It shouldnt cause as much Sexual dysfunction, and won't be as jittery. it should be alot smoother. Also, Concerta is really smooth and effective, but tolerance will develop to it faster than D-amphetamine....so it won't be effective as long. Concerta is just like Cocaine...its awesome at first then u get tolerant. D-amphetamine will work alot longer due to its distinctly different mechanism of action.

Ritalin made me euphoric (without much use in SA and ADHD-I) and sometimes it gave me incredibly bad jitters. Stupid stuff.

yeah same for Concerta....it made me euphoric and not depressed anymore. but it didn't help at all with any SA or anxiety, it acutally made it worse because i started getting motor tics and twitching and stuff. ...and it made my OCD worse...i could not stop talking (to people i knew), or thinking, even though i had a horrible headache. i would lay in bed, my mind never stopping, id start thinking up these super complex psychotic theories on the existence of the universe and God....i coldn't stop thinking. it was scary...so i had to drink booze to feel better
