1. Do the mods and Drew ever meet in person or talk on the phone with each other?
2. Has an infraction ever been rescinded?
3. Approximately how many hours per day do you spend moderating?
4. Are you a Mod on other sites?
5. Any infractions or banning you've realized was a mistake?
6. Would it ever be possible for the members to vote on a new mod?(and no,I don't want
to be one).
7. Do you feel it inhibits you from forming friendships on here(because you feel you must
remain somewhat distant in order to be objective)
8. If a Mod seldom if ever actually moderates is the title and job taken away?
9. Do you think there may come time when you want to quit?
10.Do you feel appreciated by most of the members?

2. Has an infraction ever been rescinded? Yes - I have done it several times.
3. Approximately how many hours per day do you spend moderating? 2-3, spread out through the day.
4. Are you a Mod on other sites? I am.
5. Any infractions or banning you've realized was a mistake? Infractions, yes; bans not so much
6. Would it ever be possible for the members to vote on a new mod?(and no,I don't want to be one). It would probably cause too much conflict, plus that would be up to Drew. He has made NO indication from what I have seen thus far.
7. Do you feel it inhibits you from forming friendships on here(because you feel you must remain somewhat distant in order to be objective) Not really, in fact, being a person who can be trusted, I like to get to know as many people as possible here. It helps me to learn about myself that way.
8. If a Mod seldom if ever actually moderates is the title and job taken away? I have never seen it happen, and I have been a member for 4 1/2 years, moderator for three as of next week.
9. Do you think there may come time when you want to quit? Possibly, I mean being a moderator for the rest of my life? People do retire

10.Do you feel appreciated by most of the members? In general, yes, although there have been a few who have been less than cordial. Even for those who get infractions, we don't just hand them out for no reason - they eventually understand. Other than that, I have no idea, and worrying about it would cause too much SA anyway.
