I don't know but they just jump out at me when I am viewing my profile or my cp. I don't know where they come from but they are always there! I don't even know how to find them- they find me!

I guess I'm free of them then. For a split second there I thought I had at least one, since your thread title "****Infractions****" was at the top of the list of threads in my User CP.
