Not today! Although my definition of dancing is a bit different. I am going to a metal gig so I am happy and could get up and start slamming around to my beats at any moment, yet I still feel as though I might drink some poison first (just to ease any potential anxieties of the evening.)

I actually plan on getting fairly gassed by the time I am in there and waiting for the main act to come on stage but we'll see how it goes. I've not really done this before.

I only do this all the time! Dancing is one of the most satisfying, fun things you can do, and never fails to make me feel a bit better. Dancing with a partner is super, but nothing beats cranking up your speakers and dancing through every room in your house when no one is around! I tend to get a little crazy with my moves though.

I wouldn't have trouble being physically silly, but I would making noise (which is also something the book I read that suggested this said to do).

Actually, before I dare to sing in voice class, I leave the room and go to the bathrooms, where I wait for anyone inside to leave. Once I'm alone, I kind of jog around and shake out my arms and stuff before I go back. I'm still terrified after doing it, but I feel like I might not be able to get any sound out of my throat without it. It makes me feel a little less closed off in my head and more connected to my body and the physical world beyond me, I guess.

Not sure doing it in a car factory would go down well. Health and safety might be an issue as well if I start doing a water spray move.

Yup, I really enjoy dancing, and am learning the melbourne shuffle... I practise a little at work, which is in a supermarket after hours. Occasionally workmates see me and laugh a bit. But I'm not self-conscious about dancing... I like doing it in clubs, etc.

I want to learn how to do the texas two step.

I do step workouts to upbeat music for about an hour, specifically to enhance my mood. it never fails. What you are doing is in the same vein. It really helps.

Yeah, I do that when I'm alone and in a good mood. Sometimes there's not even music playing. :P
