Usually at about 5:30 I have an hour or two where I'm quite energetic. I think its due to having a good carbohydrate dinner (pasta) - or the anticipation of a good dinner. Sometimes it carries on for the evening.
Worst anxiety would be in the mornings, and worst around 1-3pm. 3-4:45 I usually feel depressed. If I haven't had a 'hyper' evening, its substituted with depression.

Mostly, when i'm drunk.

Otherwise, when I have a precise plan for exactly what i'm going to say, for example when giving a speech, or when the entire interaction is pretty much scripted, for example at a cash register.

I feel anxiety least after work IF everything at work went well. It's even better if the following day is a holiday. I feel so relaxed I even smile with strangers

My anxiety is bad in the morning and through the day, then starts improving at around 5pm, and gets gradually better as the night goes on (unless of course something is going on that evening). Same goes for depression (though neither ever subsides enough for me to feel "normal").
