Default When do you Feel the Least Amount of Anxiety?

If I had to face a major anxiety-provoking event, I would choose to do it early in the morning, usually about an hour or 2 after I wake up. I have found that between 8am-10am, if I've been up for an hour or 2, is the easiest time to deal with anxiety. I think it's a combination of feeling rested and my blood pressure being lower at that time. The worst part of the day is between 1pm-6pm. I could never start a job at that time, I would be a wreck. I've also found that when I've had a big meal and I'm full, I don't have as much anxiety.

So if I ever have to meet up with a blind date, it would be for breakfast or a late dinner, I would have already eaten so I'm not functioning on an empty stomach, and I would rather meet outside first in the freezing weather so my face doesn't easily get hot and red.

What about everyone else? Are there times when you have less anxiety?

Late at night when the day is nearly over.
I feel and look like **** in the morning up until after midday. This just makes me more self conscious.

I'm best late at night. I'm a freakin' wreck in the morning, unless the rather excellent gal I'm dating happens to be in bed with me (instantly no anxiety!). There must always be several hours between when I wake up and when I have to do something particularly stressful.

For me this also has to do with having low blood sugar (and low blood pressure). Until I've consumed a huge quantity of sugary beverage (usually OJ) and eaten something, I'm slightly-disoriented and generally unable to think straight.

I do always feel better after a meal, regardless of the time of day.

Early in the morning. Anxiety starts to build up in the afternoon.

Edit: I also have learned recently how much my diet influences how much anxiety I experience. If I miss lunch or don't eat a balanced lunch my afternoon anxiety is much more noticeable.

My anxiety is at it's worst when my sister has her boyfriend or mates around to our house. And this is usually about 12am in morning til sometimes 10pm at night. I also have anxiety when i am visiting certain family members, my anxiety can last for two days if i am staying over. Also when i have to go to a training course from the time it starts to the time it finishes Everywhere else it's not so bad or never

My anxiety happens everyday, at 20 minutes before school and lasts the whole timing driving to school. I have the least after homeroom.

walking in the woods with my cat, or sitting by a creek. The sound of water is soothing. No humans.

Late at night, particularly after a few drinks (which is mostly every night). Only if I've had a decent day, though.

Also, after luring many loli's into traps and having my way with them, I'm usually feeling pretty good.

Everything you said. Whenever I'm given a choice of presenting something in the morning or in the afternoon, like right after lunch, I always choose the morning. After lunch I always get indigestion if I'm anxious about something, and that can be excruciating. I think I'll steal your idea--only breakfast dates from now on.

-early morning (as the day goes on my anxiety gets worse, which gives me hope because it makes me think that I could probably halt the progression if i did things right)

-when I'm running (or shortly after I'm done running)

-when I am totally interested and absorbed in something (which is rare)

-after a very positive stressful social interaction (the high can last for a full day or more, which is the longest benefit I get from anything)

When I'm extremely tired with a headache I feel no anxiety I actually feel invincible. I could care less about what people think about me. I guess it's because I get so cranky and irritated.

When I'm really busy or when I'm driving. I don't have time to care what others think. During the summers, I have way too much free time to loner around and think about life. But when I'm going to school full time and working part time...
