Ive always been shy, but it really hit me during high school. It started to build up in Junior high...Each year got worse as the anxiety grew. Had a few Traumatic events with SA as well.

I never had it until my highschool years.. Really don't what happened, was always outgoing growing up, loved being in front of people and talking.. Went to highschool and I changed.

For me, it was during high school as well. Before that I was shy, but I felt OK at school and I had several friends.

Forever, but it only became a problem in secondary (high) school.

I only knew what SA was quite recently. I probably had some form of it since I was born. Or at least, I was very shy as a kid. Probably these past few years where I really had it. Last summer did it really hit home.

I got it around middle school. It was sort of after a traumatic event. The traumatic event didn't even relate to me being social though. It was interesting...

Pretty much always had it, even in kindergarten I wouldn't talk to the other kids, lol.

I've pretty much always had it but it became unbearable when I was about 22 years old.

since i was born i have been very shy, quiet and oversensitive. it built up over time but it become debilitating around junior high.

Yeah, I've always had it. Even in preschool I would consistently be alone, and never interact with the other kids at all. It's the way I've always been.

It built up over many years, I didn't develop severe SA until I was in my early 30's.
