what is a loner and do they copy cat a person that they feel close to?

But really, I've always thought of a loner as somebody who has nobody, instead of just somebody who avoids people. When I think of the word 'loner' I always think that the person has no friends and nobody cares about them.

In my idea of a loner you can't copy cat anybody you're close to because you have nobody you are close to.

But we have family and some friends? I still feel no connection though....with anyone.

But, someone who resists the company of others or doesn't like their space being invaded, is a better definition.
