wish i could be cool like some ppl on this site and try and one up this forum. but im not like that. poor guy

i hate shaking i hate trembling i hate locking up. one time no matter what anyone said in the room my brain turned it into negative comments about me. this is no good i feel bad for everyone who has to deal with this

Yes my PA's are that severe.
