Hello again!
I have found this to be very helpful. My social anxiety levels are low now compared to what they were couple of years ago. This is not the only thing but it worth trying:
Let's say you get into an unpleasant situation: a drunk person approaches you and acts "stupid". At the beginning you are not aware he's drunk so you react as you would have done normally. Then you realize he is just drunk. You might feel awkward and start getting conscious about your interaction with him. What you can do is simply to imagine yourself being someone else and see the situation from the outside (observer perspective). How that imagined person would have reacted to this drunk man?! You might get surprised about the image you will draw on your head.. THIS in itself can have great favorable impact on your heightened self-consciousness in that moment.
Do you understand what I mean?! I hope I explained this well
