He helped me sooo much, hes daily vlogs on the channel called shaytards made me smile when i was unhappy

He lost a ton of weight also and motivate me, and talks about it and other things on hes channel and is to me very inspirational

Just thought id post this to see if it helps anyone else like it helped me

Yeah I'm subscribed to his shayloss and main channel. He recently ran a marathon with his wife. Great inspiration.
