Probably not. But being generally relaxed could help. You could also sit as far as possible away from the speakers or use earplugs (I have to wear these at the cinema or if someone has a TV on loud).

I once jumped from a loud noise while watching harry potter in one of my highschool classes. that was embarrassing. You could desensitize yourself, or if it's tied to anxiety the only way to stop it would be to relax, I would think.
