Just masturbate a lot. 9 times a day you'll be fine.

You've got to stop thinking like that. I know can feel like an impossibility sometimes, but it's not. Allowing yourself to dwell on those thoughts just make them worse. These kinds of thought may also keep you from recognizing or taking advantage of any opportunities you might come across. You CAN have a girl. You may not find her tomorrow or the next day, but possibility is always there. Keep your heart open and your hopes alive.

Yeah, you can have a gf. You have to work on your self-esteem though. But it'll be hard to find girls if you come off as super desperate and have nothing going on in your life for yourself. Women are attracted to guys who are passionate about life. You have to start living the life you want to live. You gotta get out of that learned helplessness web! Look up Steven Hayes. He has some good stuff on ACT and about living a valued life despite your anxieties or depression.
