hello everyone from a social anxiety sufferer in Scotland

i think i've posted on this forum before but it must have been a long time ago

i just wanted to say hello as a starting point and am planning to spend more time on here in future, i think getting to know other people who can properly understand how difficult life with social anxiety is might be very benefitial to me

my name's Kenny, i'm 29 and i live in Scotland - i was diagnosed with SA 10 years ago now when i was 19 and i've gone backwards ever since on the whole although i'm determined nowadays to really try and make some proper progress for myself

hope to get to know some or all of you soon
