Default anxiety/frequent urination.

is frequent urination a common sign of anxiety? does anyone else suffer from this? how do you fix it? i've been to the doctor.. really, there's no use in seeing them i've seen like five different doctors over the same problem and i've got zero answers.

when this first started i had to go like in between every class and as it got worse i had to during every class until it got to the point where i couldn't drive to school without having to go badly. this has ruined me as a person. i had to drop out of college, i don't like going anywhere, or meeting new people.. it's like this symptom has put my life on pause! my therapist has put me on 15 mg buspar 3x daily and gave me a stupid chart to fill out every time i feel like i have to use the bathroom.. i don't feel like i'm getting the help i need.

I always get nervous when going to my therapy sessions and need to go to the bathroom. Even if I went 15 minutes before the appointment, it still occurs. Makes it very distracting trying to listen to him and talk when I need to go, haha. Also, my mouth gets really dry when I'm nervous as well.

when this first started becoming a problem i would get hot flashes. like i'd be in the car and it'd be below zero outside and i'd have the window rolled down, lol. also, i get really fidgety and uncomfortable and all i can think about is finding my way to a bathroom. i would say, when i'm out and about i have to go every 5- 10 minutes...

I notice that at work, I have to urinate more. It might also be because I drink coffee there. While I do sometimes think, "What if my boss thinks, I'm being lazy?" usually it's just a nice break from staring at the screen non-stop and a change to rub my eyes, stretch, maybe refill my coffee cup
