So happy to have found this forum!
A big hello from me here in the UK! I am so happy to have found this forum, I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks for as long as I can remember. I have been using a few other forums recently but they all are general forums with a few posts on self confidence etc, to have found a forum dedicated to Social Anxiety is fantastic!  I am 32 now and I have decided that I really need to get my anxiety under control, it has held me back for far too long. I am doing a lot of reading and research into various techniques that I can use to help and hope that this forum will help me on my journey too. All the best, Lou |
