Social Anxiety Support

Hey guys, how's it going? This site popped up when I looked for a social anxiety message board. I'm hoping to find some people that are more understanding of how I am, and maybe even find a few friends along the way.
I've suffered from social anxiety all of my life. I'm only 23 (almost 24), but my life is barely livable due to my SA. I guess that's kind of it for now.... Hope to chat with you guys around the forums.
