Hi I am new here, my name is James I am 26 years old and I suffer from severe SAD, GAD, depression, and insomnia. I am not on any meds right now but would like find a psychatrists and maybe find something that might help. I am also looking for a good therapist to help me work on my problems. You see I have lost jobs because of my anxiety and fear of others, I dont have very many friends because it is hard for to relate to others. I've used massive amounts of alcohol to relieve my symptoms but that only causes more problems. Because I recieved my second DUI and had to spend two weeks in jail and for someone like me that was a nightmare. So I am hoping to meet people here that have similar struggles as mine. And maybe learn a few things that might be beneficial.
