Hiya everyone!
Just joined today, been feeling real sad and frustrated with the anxiety lately, so I decided it was time to hopefully do something about it!

Good to know i'm not the only one feeling this way.

Hey and welcome, I'm new here too. there is definitely a lot of people dealing with this..alone..i'm trying to find some friendly people to talk to and relate with, and if you need a friend please drop me a line, im always willing to talk, share stories, and relate.

I'm working on this positive thinking stuff now! it feels weird and i am trying to combat all the negative thoughts and turn them into positive ones hehe
