Hi,

Great to be here. Some really useful posts here and some great people. Looking forward to getting some great advuce and hopefully being able to give something back.

As the title suggests, have had OCD for most of my life. Sometimes it's fine and just double checking the door is locked and other times its switching the light on and off for minutes on end etc etc.

Seems to be part and parcel of social anxiety. When one is worse, the other is better.

I have had OCD all my life. It was mild before I started the meds.
It is pretty severe now.
