Social Anxiety Support

Hi. My name is emily and I've had social anxiety since as long as I can remember. I've gone from therapist to therapist, medication to medication, nothing seems to work. I've even resorted to self medication, which only made a bigger mess of things. I'm here because I am tired of being alone, I am tired of panic attacks, fed up with living in fear, I want to get better....one step at a time.
