Hi everyone!

I've been lurking for a while so I gathered some courage to post my introduction, I'm bad with introductions. Here it goes, I am really shy and I haven't been diagnosed specifically with SA, but I have all the symptoms. I'm in college right now and I find it really hard to stop thinking about what others think about me. I'm just plain old scared of messing up and looking stupid. I think I got this way from all the reprimands I got from my parents, but I've been shy since birth. I'm planning to take some steps to get myself out there and hopefully without the aid of a therapist. I have found quite I few resources I'd like to try online first. As of late I've turned into a bit of a agoraphobic by opting for online courses.
