Default Hi, 1st time on this site

I'm a college student in Philly, and I was diagnosed with SA back in December. I've been going through cognitive behavior therapy since January this year, and I hope I can learn to deal with my anxious self better. Just wanted to be a newbie and introduce myself.

Aerock19,

Hey - welcome to the site.
I am interested in CBT, but am afraid to pay for the tapes and stuff . Does it work? Is there anything you have learned so far that could help some of us out?

Hi Aerock19!

I've heard a lot of good things about CBT and plan to attend an excellent CBT therapy program this fall.
