New here I thought I would post here. I struggle with social anxiety and chronic depression. Recently my luck has been bad I just lost my job and I am looking for part time work. If anybody wants to ask any questions feel free to ask.

Hey Chad - Welcome to the forum, it is really great to meet you!

I'm in the same situation myself. Getting laid off is what started it for me all over again. Thankfully there is help out there, and I am trying to stay positive and hopefully get a new good job soon, get my own house, and my own car. I try to imagine myself having what I need and how to get it instead of telling myself I don't have it. But this positive thinking stuff is still new for me, it helps for sure though!
