Hey
 I've been suffering from SA for the majority of my life, yet since I left school 9 years ago it's slowly gotten worse to the point I won't even leave the house anymore. I've lost 99% of my friends because of it and just feel totally alone. I've recently been upped to 40mg of Citalopram for depression as the 20mg ones weren't doing anything, and hoping it'll at least raise my mood a bit. Also I'm doing some graded exposure once a week with a mental health worker. I came across this site totally by accident so I thought id sign up as it seemed a bit of a random stroke of luck. Oh and I love cheering people up, and once got told I give great hugs, so if anyone is feeling a little down; then get over here my arms are open to anyone.
