Social Anxiety Support

Hi, I am new here and have anxiety and some social phobia. I guess I am wondering what some other peoples experiences are with this. I can go outside and go to work but after 8 hour I need to be alone. I done like crowds and trends to attach ti one person if I do go out. It is getting worse where I dont even want to go to family functions with cousins, etc. I see myself get angry and I'm sure rude to others when I get stressed. Does this sound normal? I feel so stupid when I get angry. comments? Thank you.

Welcome! You sound perfectly normal to me, anger is a natural emotion affiliated with stress, unless your attacking people I wouldn't worry too much
