Social Anxiety Support

hey! my name is courtney. im 19 years old and im a sophmore in college. ive always had social anxiety, but these past two years have been the worst... no one ever told me college would be this lonely... honestly, ive made it a game to see how many days a row i can go without talking to anyone at all... just looking around the forums a bit and reading about all of you wonderful people struggling with the same issues.... its terrible that other people feel like this too, but wonderful to know im not alone. already im glad i found sas!

You are definitely not alone and what you said I think too. I hate to think people to feel the way I do but I am glad I am not alone too.
