Social Anxiety Support

Hi my name is Matt, I'm 21 and I've had social anxiety my whole life. I also have ADD and Depression, and maybe OCD. I was on medication from when i was a very young kid untill 2005, which was junior year of high school I was 16 turning 17. I stopped seeing the psychiatrist and a therapist a few months later. I was relativly better for a while and wanted to maintain control on my own, but now I feel I'm getting worse again. I'm finding it hard to meet new friends and especially meet women because of my anxiety and lack of people to relate to. I'm go to community college and it's very hard to meet women there. I am very glad I found this site and hopefully I can find others to relate to.
