Hello everyone!
I only recently found out that I had suffered from Social Anxiety I originally thought I was somehow broken (still a possibility) human being completely inept at meeting new people. I've probably had anxiety since Jr. High and it only really showed itself when I was in situations with others. Things got worse in high school with social circles my friends were in but, I was to afraid to enter. Whenever I went to any parties with alot of people I try to down as much alcohol. Well the only good news is that I now know I have a problem and that means I can take steps to end it. |
