Social Anxiety Support

I have social anxiety disorder. My life has deteriorated because of it. Makes me think of Fight Club' Tyler Durden: It's only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything. Hopefully what I am able to put in my life will be more wholesome then I've ever had (definitely some stiff competition). haha

I'm glad I found this forum it's content is just all too familiar.
