Getting A Grip
I'm just taking this opportunity to say hello. I'm tired of feeling trapped inside of my own head. For years, I had my anxiety under control with different coping mechanisms, however, that all went out the window since having children the last couple of years. Now my anxiety is at an all time high (even with meds). So I am interested in learning new ways to handle my anxiety and apply that to my everyday life. Look forward to learning from you all.
