Default Worst physical and emotional feeling.

I know this is a strange subject for a thread but was thinking about it earlier today.
If you had to choose, what would be your worst physical and emotional pains?

My physical would be: Hunger, I cannot stand being hungry, especially the horrendous empty feeling you sometimes get when you first wake up in the morning.

My emotional: Unrequited Love. Without a doubt, the most painful emotional feeling I have ever experienced.

Anyone want to contribute?

Did you mean pain we have experienced in the past? if so:

Worst physical pain: When I sprained my ankle last month.

Worst emotional: going through cabin fever. It feels like I am losing my mind when I go through that.

I get migraines from time to time and they would be the worst of the physical pains I experience. I can understand hunger too, that awful feeling in my stomach and the irritability and dizziness that goes along with starving. It's awful going to bed slightly hungry. That's easily the worst of the hunger feelings for me.

Emotionally, it would be rejection. I mean that in a broad sense both in friendship and love and even feeling rejected from work or a community. But I feel lonely on a day to day basis and while rejection may hurt more, the frequency of feeling the hurt of being lonely may make it the worst emotional pain to me.

Physical: Full bladder/really having to urinate. (Sounds trivial but...for me, it's not. ;_; )

Emotional: Rejection or disappointment...though I guess in some ways they're the same.

physical: having a rusty nail jammed through my eyeball while I'm sitting in a vat of oil inside an oven, hovering over a shark tank-where I'm then released and chewed into pieces

emotional: when my werewolf pack hunts without me

Physical: Not sure really. Excruciating pain and hunger would probably be top.

emotional: This emotion that's sort of like dread... I don't know how to describe it I get it sometimes in certain situations. I think it's similar to dread? When you're having a really unpleasant conversation with someone you care about who's basically become a bit of a black hole.

Actually op, seeing as you're a Harry Potter fan If you can imagine the feeling that a Dementor from Harry Potter would probably give you, it's sort of like that. Despair maybe...?

Physical: Had this awful stomach pain a few years ago while I was at the beach. Ended up passing out when I stood up. Really embarrassing.

Emotional: Heartbreak/overthinking.

Physical: Sex or UTI. Sex because having it hurts every time. UTI because it makes your vagina burn 24/7 for the few days before you gather enough courage to call a doctor to get antibiotics, and then on the few days after that too whilst waiting for the meds to kick in. And you have to go pee every 5 minutes and that's another hellish experience.
I think I need to get rid of my vagina.

Mental: Nostalgia. Knowing what once was, and most likely will never be.

Physical: Nausea maybe (quasi-emotional)? Sartre wrote a whole book on it. But I can think of worse forms of physical pain I've experienced. Burning.

Emotional: Ostracism (which is why our SA lives are so difficult: perceived ostracism). Marilyn Vos Savant opined this. I believe her.

Wow, that sucks... Do you have a condition of some sort that makes it painful...? (Sorry if that's too personal.)

No abnormal conditions that I am aware of (or even suspect); just naturally, eh, not adjustable enough for any insertion.
(Had to take a while to think of the most decent way to describe that )

I've had kidney stones twice when I was younger and it's unbelievably painful. One of the worst experiences I ever had was quitting everything cold turkey after years of opiate and benzo abuse. I had a few seizures, was throwing up all the time, couldn't sleep and had this constant restless and uncomfortable feeling that made me unable to get comfortable at all ever and that last one was the worst of it. I seriously thought I was going to go insane because I couldn't even relax for a minute to watch TV or read or anything. Being hungry or tired really has a way of getting to me on a more regular basis though, either will put me in a seriously bad mood.

The death of my best friend in 2003 is something that has never stopped hurting completely. I still have dreams to this day that he's alive and we're hanging out. Also, my fiancé and I breaking up in 2006 devastated me and still hurts to this day even though I haven't seen her since then. The pain of both of those things has become a dull ache, but sometimes it feels fresh all over again. I think those two things played a big part in me becoming so isolated and alone. Even when I'm around people I feel like that. Feeling dread of stuff to come really gets to me, too. It makes me physically ill sometimes if I let myself think about it too much.

Physically, the strongest (and worst) feeling was getting four teeth pulled out with the bare minimum of anesthetics in the same day. I was literally in pain for DAYS when they did that to me. It was a miracle that I didn't pass out.

Mentally, or emotionally, I think falling out of love is the worst. Just going from very close to distant strangers suddenly is just cold and does not feel good at all. Or just losing someone you loved with 100% of your heart and soul only for them to abandon you...
